Cabin Trip '04
After a rest day, we decide to go to Barney Lake.
The weather, while cool, is now bright and sunny.
As we enter the forest behind Mono Village,
we see deer hanging out, nonchalantly.
Jim and Liz stop in the meadow on
the way to Barney to capture the scenery.
We reach the Barney Lake in time for lunch.
Then Jim has to look for bugs in the water.
We continue along the trail toward Peeler
and get a good view of the meadow above Barney.
