We get an early start on the 11.5 mile hike
from Virgina Lakes to Green Valley campground.
Jim's eager to climb to the crest above Virgina Lakes.

of lakes on the trail from the Viginia Lakes campgound
to the crest.
The intrepid hikers make the crest at over 11,000 feet
and view the local peaks on the other side.
